The following bugs were fixed:

File upload component not visible
The ValtimoFileUpload form.io component was not visible in certain scenario's. For some scenario's this has been fixed now. The unresolved scenario is under investigation.
Custom case header not showing when a property doesn't exist
The custom case header did not show all properties when one of the properties was not present in the document.
Add note button not clickable on small windows
The Add note button is now clickable even when resizing the window to a smaller size.

No breaking changes.
